Frequently asked questions

Thank you for your interest in our products. Please find amswers to the most common questions below. If you have additional queries or wish to get in touch with us, please contact us.

What types of products do you offer?
We offer a range of cannabis activated products including 4.20Bar chocolate, Cannabis Quencher beverages, Not-So-Virgin Olive Oil, tinctures and concentrates (wax, oil, shatter, vape pens).
I'm looking for your Pesticide Disclosure. Where is it?
They’re right here! Viva Pesticide Disclosure, Green Point Cannabis Disclosure, Sunkissed Cannabis Disclosure, The Heights Conservatory, and Okanogan Natural Farms Disclosure.
I don't live in Washington. Can you ship to me out of state or internationally?
Sorry, state law requires we only sell directly to licensed Washington State retailers. We do not ship and we do not sell to individuals.
How do I know which product is best for me?
Try them all! Choosing the right product depends on your preferred cannabis delivery method (edible, sublingual, beverage) as well as personal preference. We offer delicious treats like the 4.20Bar™ Minis that help to minimize the taste of cannabis as well as diet-friendly options like our HiLite that has zero sugar and zero calories.
How do you know how much cannabis is in each of your products?
We test every batch of product for safety as well as cannabinoid content to ensure that the THC and CBD content printed on each package is accurate.
What strains do you use?
Our edibles are made with a combination of indica, sativa and hybrid strains grown locally in Washington State.
Are there indica, sativa and hybrid edibles?
Yes and no. Getting cannabis oil into edibles requires a heating process called decarboxylation. Without going into too much detail, decarboxylation basically makes the THC in cannabis psychoactive, but it also gets rid of the terpene molecules that give indica, sativa and hybrid strains their distinctiveness. Once decarboxylated, most strains are rendered indistinguishable, so the oil that manufacturers put in their edibles has no strain-specificity.
What is one dose?
One dose contains 10mg THC. This is the same for all edibles produced for the Washington State recreational cannabis market. If you are not experienced with cannabis edibles, start with a half dose (5mg) and wait at least two hours to experience the effects before consuming more. Be patient! Going slow will help ensure a pleasurable experience.

Why are edibles different from smoking and vaping?
Cannabis affects the body differently depending on how it is ingested. The key differences between edibles and smoking or vaping cannabis is that edibles take longer to affect you, last longer and the effects can be more intense. That’s because when eaten, cannabis is processed by the liver which changes the structure of THC slightly and produces a more psychoactive. Smoking and vaping, on the other hand, introduce THC directly to the bloodstream so the effects are felt more quickly and don’t last as long.
What is a sublingual?
Sublingual simply means “under the tongue.” In addition to smoking, vaping and edibles, this is another way that cannabis can be consumed. When consumed sublingually, cannabis takes effect more quickly than when it is eaten or swallowed. Cannabis tinctures and lozenges can be placed under the tongue or simply in the mouth and allowed time to absorb. This lets the cannabinoids be directly absorbed into the bloodstream instead of passing through the liver.
What happens to THC in the liver?
Without getting too nerdy on you, the liver converts Delta-9-THC to 11-hydroxy-THC and this changes the length and intensity of the effects of swallowed THC (through a beverage or edible) rather than THC absorbed sublingually or inhaled. Another way you can bypass the liver is by taking cannabis in the form of a suppository. They exist, and we are not making this up (“insert” joke here). Nope we don’t sell suppositories but we are always honored to educate you.
How much should I eat?
We always recommend starting with a small dose and waiting at least two hours before consuming more. If you have not consumed cannabis before, we recommend a half dose (5mg THC). A good place to start would be half of a 4.20Bar™ or Sinners & Saints™ Gummy. If you are fairly experienced with cannabis, we recommend starting with one dose (10mg THC). That would be a whole 4.20Bar™ or one tenth of a Blaze™ Soda beverage. Always wait a full two hours to feel the effects before consuming more.
What is the difference between THC and CBD?

THC [tetrahydrocannabinol] and CBD [cannabidiol] are both active cannabinoids that occur in cannabis. There are actually dozens of cannabinoids. The two that we know the most about are THC and CBD.

THC is the cannabinoid that is responsible for the feeling of euphoria or “high.” CBD doesn’t create a high. The right amount of CBD can also help relieve the feelings of anxiety sometimes associated with THC for a more gentle, relaxing experience.

What are terpenes?
Terpenes are a class of organic compounds, produced by a variety of plants, not just cannabis. Terpenes give different strains of cannabis their distinctive smell. The most common cannabis terpenes include alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, myrcene, limonene, caryophyllene and linalool. Terpenes may also be responsible for the different effects that different strains of cannabis can have. Most terpenes are lost during the process of decarboxylation (heating cannabis oil to activate the THC) and need to be re-added to maintain the unique characteristic of a certain strain.
What is BHO?
Butane hash oil (BHO) is concentrated cannabis oil. It is the most potent cannabis product because of its high concentration of THC. The solvent extraction process used to make BHO is also used throughout the food and fragrance industries to create extracts and concentrates. Once processed, virtually all of the butane is removed from the final product. We are proud to say that our oil has less than 99 PPM (parts per million) which is well below the state mandated limit of 500 PPM.
What is EHO?
Ethanol hash oil (EHO) is concentrated cannabis oil that uses ethanol, also known as ethyl alcohol, instead of butane in processing. See BHO for more information.
What is CO2 Oil?
CO2 oil is a concentrated cannabis oil produced using inert carbon dioxide under pressure to separate cannabis oil from its plant material. This method, called supercritical extraction, is one of the most effective ways of reducing cannabis to its essential compounds. CO2 concentrates are also referred to as “solvent-free.”
